To earn AAdvantage miles with this offer, renter must use Contract ID # 5005083 and provide AAdvantage® number at the time of reservation.

Each National rental of 4 or more days earns you 1,250 AAdvantage® bonus miles & 2 additional entries into the Sweepstakes.
Each National rental of 3 days earns you 1,000 AAdvantage® bonus miles & 2 additional entries into the Sweepstakes.
Each National rental of 2 days earns you 750 AAdvantage® bonus miles & 2 additional entries into the Sweepstakes.
Valid on completed rentals of a midsize car or larger between May 10, 2006 and July 31, 2006. Renter must meet standard age and driver requirements. Subject to change without notice. Sweepstakes Terms and Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE.

2. TO ENTER. Between 12:01am Central Standard Time (CST) on May 10, 2006 and 11:59pm CST July 31, 2006, receive an entry by one of the two methods listed in paragraph 3. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CST on July 31, 2006. Once submitted, all entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged nor will they be returned.

3. TO REGISTER.
RECEIVE ONE (1) ENTRY: From May 10, 2006 through May 31, 2006, visit www.aadvantage25.com to complete an official entry form. From June 1, 2006 through July 31, 2006, e-mail sweeps@aadvantage25.com, supplying your full name, address, and your American Airlines AAdvantage® number. Limit one (1) entry via online entry form or email per person.
EARN ADDITIONAL ENTRIES: Receive two (2) additional entries for every Qualified Rental during the Sweepstakes Period. To earn entries via rental, you must be registered for the Sweepstakes and use Contract ID# 5005083 at the time of reservation. To earn additional entries, visit www.nationalcar.com or call 1-800-CAR-RENT to make a car rental reservation. Subject to the qualifications contained in these Official Rules, a “Qualified Rental” is the rental (which must have been previously reserved by a registered entrant) of one (1) midsize or larger vehicle for two (2) or more rental days at a participating National facility located in the United States during the Sweepstakes Period. You may rent from the same facility more than once during the Sweepstakes Period, but consecutive rental days will be treated as a single Qualified Rental, regardless of multiple check-ins or check-outs. Multiple rentals on the same reservation that are credited to the same registered entrant’s account qualify as separate Qualified Rentals (For example, by reserving and renting two (2) cars for two (2) consecutive days each from a participating National facility located in the United States during the Sweepstakes Period, the person to whose account the cars were credited may earn four (4) entries in the Sweepstakes.). You are limited to a maximum of three (3) Qualified Rentals per day, and each Qualified Rental earns two (2) entries. A Qualified Rental must begin and end during the Sweepstakes Period. Rental cars reserved, but not actually rented, during the Sweepstakes Period will not earn an entry.

4. PRIZE DETAILS. One (1) Grand Prize consisting of one (1) 2007 Pontiac G6 Coupe provided by National Rental (US) Inc., dba National Car Rental (“National”). Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of this prize, including an estimated amount, as set forth below, to cover a portion of the winner’s tax liabilities: $30,000. Winner is responsible for any applicable fees, service charges, surcharges, and all state-required automobile liability insurance coverage, federal, state and local taxes, if any, and incidentals and any other unspecified expenses associated with acceptance or use of the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize is provided “AS IS” and without any warranty of any kind, other than, if applicable, such warranty as may be supplied by the manufacturer. Grand Prize is non-transferable. No cash redemption or prize substitution is allowed by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize(s) of equal or greater value if the advertised Grand Prize becomes unavailable.
With regard to taxes, National will, upon receipt of such documentation as National may reasonably require, reimburse the winner for his or her first-year’s tag, title, and sales/use tax as required by his or her then-current state of residence. In addition, National shall reimburse the winner for a portion of his or her state, local and federal tax liabilities attributable to the Grand Prize, subject to a maximum of $5,000.

5. DRAWING AND AWARDING OF PRIZES.
On or about August 15, 2006 an independent judging organization (“Administrator”) will select one (1) winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by Sponsor. The Administrator’s decisions will be final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or certified mail. The potential winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility (which affirms that he/she has complied with these rules) as well as a liability release, and, where legal, a publicity release, each of which, if issued, must be completed, signed and returned within fourteen (14) days from date of issuance, or the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. If any prize, prize notification or attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s consent to use of his/her name and/or photograph without further compensation for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes by Sponsor. By accepting prize, winner acknowledges compliance with these official rules.
The winner must be present in person on a date selected by the Sponsor to receive the Grand Prize. Prior to taking delivery of the Grand Prize at the National facility closest to the winner’s home address, the winner must have a valid State issued driver’s license. Further, he or she must show evidence of having obtained the applicable state minimum liability insurance coverage. If any of these requirements are not met, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. The Grand Prize will be ordered upon drawing of the winner by the Administrator. It will take approximately 4-6 weeks for delivery.

6. ODDS. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

7. ELIGIBILITY. Sweepstakes open to individuals legally residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and who are (at the time of delivery of the Grand Prize) licensed drivers. Employees and agents of Sponsor, Administrator, National and each of their affiliates, agencies, distributors, wholesalers and retailers, and members of such employees’ immediate families and individuals living in the same household with such employees, are not eligible to win. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.

8. USE OF DATA. Sponsor and National will be collecting personal data about participants online, in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy. In the case of Sponsor this shall include personal data about participants gathered online as well as personal data about participants secured by Sponsor from National, if any, at any time. Please review the Sponsor's privacy policy at www.aa.com/privacy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy. Further, National will be required to supply to the Administrator certain participant personal information regarding car rental activity so that a winner may be drawn. The winner’s identity will be disclosed upon request as specified below.

9. OTHER CONDITIONS. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this sweepstakes or any portion hereof, or to disqualify any individual implicated in any of the following actions, if for any reason: (a) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, (b) the sweepstakes or any website associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper processing of entries per these rules, or (c) the sweepstakes is otherwise not capable of running as planned by Sponsor. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, National and each of their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotional agencies, wholesalers and retailers, and each of the foregoing entities’ employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents (collectively the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all claims, actions and/or liability for any injuries or death, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in and/or entry into the sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize. The Released Parties are not responsible or liable for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, and assume no responsibility for (i) any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in operation or transmission at any website, (ii) failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, (iii) communications line, hardware and/or software failures, (iv) damage to any computer (software or hardware) resulting from participation in the sweepstakes, (v) theft or destruction of, tampering with, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries and/or entry information, or (vi) entries which are late, lost, stolen, damaged, illegible, unintelligible and/or postage due (or any combination thereof). By entering, entrants agree to comply with these rules. Any entrant who attempts to tamper with this sweepstakes in any way shall be disqualified. In the event of dispute as to who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address in question. Additional restrictions may apply.
