"I am flying to San Francisco on American and using your new gogo internet service. This is fantastic!!! 35,000 feet in air and I am sending/receiving e-mail. Way to go!!!!"
--Jeremy Murphy

"I just saw that you are starting up WiFi service on long haul flights—that is awesome! Can't wait to use it. It certainly reinforces my reasons for taking AA instead of other airlines. Thanks."
--Peter Grambs

"We are on our way to LAX from JFK and I read in a press release that Gogo is a pilot limited to three routes...all I can say is even if AA keeps it just for this route, they have a customer for life who will make sure all of her friends regularly fly on AA."
--Heedan Chung-Goh

Others customers were equally excited about accessing the Internet:

"It is working great. It is streaming You Tube faster than my home connection. Thanks!"

"This is great. I love it."

"I'm going to put this in my report for school about things I did over the summer."

"My sons will absolutely love this. It will keep them quiet the whole flight."

"There's no question, it's a viable service."

"I am onboard AA179 JFK to SFO today with GoGo up and running. Very easy to use, performance surprisingly good so far. Way better than the typical hotel "high speed" internet and better than the performance in most ACs."
