This offer is open only to AAdvantage® members who register prior to 11:59 p.m. (CT) on December 31, 2013. A valid email address must be on file in order to be notified about your rewards. By registering for the program, you are allowing American to send you periodic emails about the program including, but not limited to, automatic emails notifying when you have reached a milestone, when you are close to a milestone, to confirm reward choice and fulfillment instructions.
The elite-qualifying miles, points and segments earned in 2013 will determine which reward options are applicable. All miles, points and segments must be posted to the AAdvantage member's account by January 9, 2014, to qualify for this offer. Members who qualify for this offer will receive an email as they reach each designated milestone instructing them how to claim their reward online. Members should select their reward carefully as no changes are allowed once the reward request has been submitted. Members must claim rewards by February 28, 2014. Program and reward options are subject to change at any time. While registration and milestone qualification is retroactive, we encourage early registration as reward options may change. You are only eligible to choose from a list of rewards that are available at the time of reward selection. There are no fees for claiming a reward; however taxes and fees relating to award travel are the responsibility of the member. This offer and the associated rewards are neither transferable nor refundable unless otherwise stated. These rewards have no cash value and may not be bartered or sold.
Individual Reward Terms and Conditions
Bonus Miles
AAdvantage bonus miles will be posted to the member's account up to four weeks after selection is confirmed. Bonus miles do not count toward elite-status qualification. The credited miles may thereafter be redeemed in any manner consistent with the AAdvantage Program Terms and Conditions. Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.
500-Mile Upgrades
500-Mile upgrades may be used to upgrade from Main Cabin to the next class of service on American Airlines, American Eagle or AmericanConnection flights within and between the U. S., Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, the Bahamas, Bermuda, and between the U.S. and Central America. Each upgrade unit is valid for up to 500 miles of travel. At least one 500-mile upgrade unit is required for each flight segment. 500-mile upgrades are subject to seating limitations and capacity controls and may be requested when you book your reservations. If upgrade seating is available, upgrades may be confirmed at 100 hours prior to departure for AAdvantage Executive Platinum, 72 hours prior to departure for AAdvantage Platinum and 24 hours prior to departure for AAdvantage Gold members. Admirals Club® One-Day Pass
An Admirals Club one-day pass grants one person access to the Admirals Club lounge on a single day of travel. The Admirals Club one-day pass visitor must hold a same-day ticket for airline travel that allows clearance through security for flight departure and access to the Admirals Club lounge. Lounge access is subject to space availability. If you are traveling through multiple cities with lounges, you may use the same Admirals Club one-day pass to access more than one lounge that day (if traveling overnight, the one-day pass is also valid at the first point of arrival the following day unless lounge access is restricted due to airport security and regulations). Admirals Club one-day passes are non-refundable, non-changeable, non-transferable and are only valid in Admirals Club lounges. Single-Segment Wi-Fi Codes
Single Segment Wi-Fi pass codes for Gogo are provided by American Airlines. Each code is valid for one flight segment. If you have multiple segments in your itinerary, you must use a different code for each segment. The Wi-Fi Single-Segment pass codes are valid until the last day of the 11th month from the date you receive them. Use of the Gogo service requires registration and is subject to the terms of use available at gogoair.com/terms. The offer may not be combined with any other discount or promotion. Wi-Fi codes have no cash value. American Airlines is not responsible for lost or expired codes. Wi-Fi codes will not be replaced. Discount Code for aa.com
Discount code for aa.com entitles the user to a percentage discount on a published round-trip or one-way fare to any American Airlines, American Eagle or AmericanConnection destination worldwide, excluding codeshare flights. Please allow up to four weeks for processing to receive your code. Tickets must be purchased on aa.com. Booking dates and travel embargo dates apply. All dates are subject to change at any time without notice. Code is valid for 60 days and travel must be completed within 11 months from the date you receive the code. Please be sure to complete your booking on aa.com within 60 days of receiving your code. Discount must be used on a single purchase. Only residents of the U.S., Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Canada, U.K., Latin America and the Caribbean (except for Martinique and Guadeloupe) using a credit card with a billing address in their home country are eligible to redeem the discount code on aa.com. Members with a credit card billing address in any other country are not eligible to redeem this discount promotion code. In order to receive this discount, the purchased price must be a minimum of $150.00, which includes taxes and carrier-imposed fees. The discount will be applied only to the base fare, meaning the total fare exclusive of all taxes and carrier-imposed fees. Gift of AAdvantage Gold status for a friend allows the member to designate one individual to receive AAdvantage Gold status. This individual must be an AAdvantage member. If not an AAdvantage member, the individual may enroll online at aa.com/enroll. This membership and associated benefits will be valid through February 28, 2015. Processing can take up to three weeks. Once the account has been updated, the member will begin to receive Gold benefits immediately. Please allow up to six weeks once the reward is selected and necessary information is obtained for the member to receive credentials in the mail.

Gift of AAdvantage Platinum status for a friend allows the member to designate one individual to receive AAdvantage Platinum status. This individual must be an AAdvantage member. Systemwide Upgrades
Systemwide upgrades are one-way upgrades valid to the next class of service at the time of booking, subject to availability, when flying on most Business Class or Main Cabin fares on American Airlines marketed and operated flights. Global Entry Fee Sponsorship
Global Entry compensation offer and terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Other restrictions may apply. Global Entry is a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) program that is not operated by American Airlines or its affiliates. Any income or other taxes required to be remitted to the IRS as a result of receiving this benefit shall be the sole responsibility of the applicant. Choosing this reward does not guarantee approval into the Global Entry program. This reward applies to new applications only; members will not be reimbursed for past application fees. Applicants who are not approved for Global Entry membership after receiving the $100 credit may not receive an additional $100 credit toward another application through the Elite Rewards 2013 program nor will be allowed to choose a different reward. The personalized code is single-use only, redeemable only on the GOES website, and will be valid for six months from date of issuance. The personalized code is the property of American Airlines. It may not be used for any purpose other than for a new application, by the original recipient, for the Global Entry program. Baggage delivery service is provided by BAGS VIP Luggage Delivery. American Airlines is not responsible for products and services offered by other companies. Admirals Club Membership
One 1-Year Admirals Club membership is valid for a single annual membership or a single renewal of an existing Admirals Club membership. Renewal memberships will be effective at the end of the current membership expiration date. This offer does not include the addition or renewal of a spouse membership. If current membership includes a spouse membership, the spouse membership will automatically expire at original expiration date unless spouse membership is renewed separately and payment is received. Admirals Club memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Admirals Club membership can only be chosen once as a reward for the Elite Rewards 2013 program.
