AmericanAirlines Vacations is pleased to provide the AmericanAirlines Vacations Leisure Discount Program. This discount offers a 10% discount on airfare and 5% discount on all land components (hotels, rental cars, theme park passes, sight seeing tours) purchased via our AAV Vacation Planner^SM. The discount is applied throughout the booking and is reflected in the price page. This discount is available to all travelers in the same reservation. All passengers must travel on identical itineraries.

This discount is ONLY available online via the designated AA Vacations Leisure Discount website. Accessing AAVacations.com via any other source will result in forfeiture of the discount. Our professional reservations representatives are available, if necessary. However, the discount only applies to online bookings made via the designated AA Vacations Leisure Discount website. Any changes to a booking made by our reservations office will result in the loss of the discount.

NOTE: The AA Vacations Leisure Discount program is to be used for personal travel only. If discount is used for business travel, your reservations may be canceled and full penalties will apply. Currently, this discount is not available for reservations made via our AAV Car/Hotel Planner^SM. This discount may not be used toward the purchase of AA Vacations Gift Certificates, nor for bookings requiring a reservation agent's assistance.

Selling, purchasing, bartering, trading or donating discount packages or any other misuse of the Leisure Discount program is subject to loss of travel privileges, legal action, and/or termination of this discount.

VERY IMPORTANT
Cancellations are subject to all applicable penalties. All sales are subject to AmericanAirlines Vacations normal cancellation and refund policies, which vary by destination. Once you have selected your destination and itinerary, you should review these policies by reading the Terms and Conditions before purchasing your travel arrangements.

All offers are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice at any time. For air inclusive rates: taxes, fees and restrictions apply. Unless otherwise indicated, airfare rates, when quoted, are in USD, and include round-trip, off-peak travel. Airfares do not include: (i) up to $18 per round trip in local airport charges; (ii) federal excise tax of up to $3.20 per U.S. domestic flight segment (one takeoff and landing); (iii) September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 per U.S. enplanement, up to $5 per one way or $10 per round trip; (iv) Travel Facilities Tax of up to $13.40 per round-trip for domestic flights beginning or ending in Alaska or Hawaii; (v) for Canada destinations, applicable Federal Inspection Fee of $6 per round trip and Air Traveler Security Charge of up to $24 CAD per enplanement originating at a Canadian airport and (vi) for international itineraries, government-imposed charges of up to $125 per round-trip, depending on routing and destination. All travel to international destinations must originate in the United States.

Sweepstakes Terms and Rules

1.NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE.

2. TO ENTER. Between 12:01am on May 14, 2006 and 11:59pm on May 31, 2006, complete an official entry form online at www.aadvantage25.com or enter by submitting an e-mail to: sweeps@aadvantage25.com. The subject line must include AmericanAirlines Vacations^SM; the body of the message must include your full name, address, and your AAdvantage® number. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CST on May 31, 2006. Once submitted, all entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged nor will they be returned. Limit one entry per person.

3. PRIZE DETAILS. Two (2) Grand Prizes, each consisting of four days / three nights lodging for two at The Fairmont Hamilton Princess in Bermuda and 60,000 AAdvantage® miles. (Approximate retail value (ARV) $4,432 (each)) Three (3) First Prizes, each consisting of three days / two nights lodging for two at The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Scottsdale, Arizona and 50,000 AAdvantage® miles. (ARV $2,918 (each)). Total ARV of all prizes: $17,618. Winners are responsible for any applicable fees, service charges, surcharges or passenger facility charges, and all insurance, federal, state and local taxes, if any, and gratuities, meals, incidentals and any other unspecified expenses associated with acceptance or use of the Prize. Prizes are provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash redemption or prize substitution allowed by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Limit one prize per household/family.

4. DRAWING AND AWARDING OF PRIZES. On or about June 15, 2006 an independent judging organization (“Administrator”) will select the winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by Sponsor. The Administrator’s decisions will be final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. The potential winners will be notified by phone and/or certified mail. The potential winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility (which affirms that he/she has complied with these rules) as well as a liability release, and where legal, a publicity release, each of which, if issued, must be completed, signed and returned within 14 days from date of issuance, or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If any prize, prize notification or attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winners’ consent to use of his/her name and/or photograph without further compensation for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes by Sponsor. By accepting prize, winners acknowledge compliance with these official rules.

5. ODDS. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

6. ELIGIBILITY. Sweepstakes open to individuals legally residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and agents of Sponsor, Administrator and each of their parents and affiliates, agencies, distributors, wholesalers and retailers, and members of such employees’ immediate families and individuals living in the same household with such employees, are not eligible to win. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.

7. MILES TERMS. AAdvantage miles will be credited to the AAdvantage account of each winner, who must provide a valid AAdvantage membership number in order to receive the mileage credit. Winners who are not AAdvantage members may join at no cost online at www.aa.com or by calling the AAdvantage membership desk at 1-800-882-8880. The credited miles may thereafter be redeemed in any manner consistent with the AAdvantage Member Guide and Program Rules (the “AAdvantage Rules”), which are subject to change at any time without notice. American Airlines reserves the right to change the AAdvantage program rules, regulations, travel awards and offers at any time without notice and to end the AAdvantage program upon six (6) months notice. Travel using AAdvantage miles is subject to governmental regulation, availability, capacity controls, embargo dates and certain other restrictions, which may include a Saturday night stay, all of which are subject to change at the sole discretion of American Airlines. Sponsor is not liable for any expense incurred as a consequence of a flight cancellation or flight delay.

8. AADVANTAGE® MILE VOUCHER TERMS. Voucher is not redeemable for cash. Voucher may not be transferred, purchased, sold or bartered. Only original vouchers will be honored. Voucher is void if reproduced, altered, counterfeited, obtained or used improperly. Lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed vouchers will not be replaced by American Airlines. Determination of income tax liability on mileage vouchers and AAdvantage travel awards is the responsibility of the holder. The holder of this voucher has only the limited right to surrender same to American Airlines in accordance with rules and conditions stated herein for crediting of mileage at American Airlines subject to all AAdvantage program rules and regulations. Voucher must be deposited online at www.depositAAmiles.com. Mileage credit can be deposited only once on or before the expiration date. American Airlines reserves the right to change the AAdvantage program rules, regulations, travel awards and offers at any time, without notice and to end the AAdvantage program upon six (6) months notice. 9. USE OF DATA. Sponsor will be collecting personal data about participants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review the Sponsor's privacy policy at www.aa.com/privacy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy.

10. OTHER CONDITIONS. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this sweepstakes or any portion hereof, or to disqualify any individual implicated in any of the following actions, if for any reason: (a) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, (b) the sweepstakes or any website associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper processing of entries per these rules, or (c) the sweepstakes is otherwise not capable of running as planned by Sponsor. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator and each of their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotional agencies, wholesalers and retailers, and each of the foregoing entities’ employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents (collectively the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all claims, actions and/or liability for any injuries or death, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in and/or entry into the sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize. The Released Parties are not responsible or liable for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, and assume no responsibility for (i) any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in operation or transmission at any website, (ii) failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, (iii) communications line, hardware and/or software failures, (iv) damage to any computer (software or hardware) resulting from participation in the sweepstakes, (v) theft or destruction of, tampering with, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries and/or entry information, or (vi) entries which are late, lost, stolen, damaged, illegible, unintelligible and/or postage due (or any combination thereof). By entering, entrants agree to comply with these rules. Any entrant who attempts to tamper with this sweepstakes in any way shall be disqualified. In the event of dispute as to who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address in question.
