1) The 25,000 bonus mile offer is only valid for new Citi® Platinum Select® / AAdvantage® World MasterCard® and
CitiBusiness® / AAdvantage® MasterCard^® accounts applied for by June 30, 2006, and excludes any other
Citi^® / AAdvantage^® credit cards offered. This offer will appear as a bonus in your AAdvantage® account 8-10 weeks after purchases totaling $250 or more post to your account. Qualifying purchases do not include balance transfers, cash advances, fees or related finance charges.

2) The maximum number of AAdvantage® miles you can earn per calendar year (purchases recorded on your Jan.-Dec. billing statements) is 100,000 AAdvantage® miles with the Citi® Platinum Select® / AAdvantage® World MasterCard® and 150,000 AAdvantage® miles with the CitiBusiness® / AAdvantage® MasterCard^®. AAdvantage Executive Platinum®,
AAdvantage Platinum® and AAdvantage Gold® members are excluded from these limits. AAdvantage® miles are earned on all purchases except returned goods and services, cash advances, convenience checks, transferred balances, credits, fees and finance charges.

3) American Airlines, American Eagle, and AmericanConnection® service do not have restricted dates for award travel. Seats for award travel are limited, and may not be available on all flights. Flight awards are subject to AAdvantage® program rules and restrictions.

Upon correct member registration for the existing cardmember offer, members were eligible to earn 25% more miles on purchases made from May through July 2006, up to 2,500 miles. Registration was limited to the first 25,000 primary cardmembers.

2) First 25,000 primary cardmembers to register will be eligible to earn 0.25 AAdvantage® bonus miles per $1 spent on purchases. Bonus miles will be based on purchases posted on their May, June, and July 2006 Citi® / AAdvantage® billing statements. Qualifying purchases do not include balance transfers, cash advances, fees or related finance charges. Registered cardmembers must be the primary Citi® / AAdvantage® cardmember or CitiBusiness® / AAdvantage® cardmember to be eligible. A total of up to 2,500 bonus miles will post to your AAdvantage summary statement 6-8 weeks after the July 31, 2006 end date of the 25% more AAdvantage® miles promotion. AAdvantage® member may register only one time. Citi® Bronze® / AAdvantage® cardmembers are not eligible for this promotion.
