You can enter the Arrivals Lounge if you flew on British Airways to LHR on a same-day, long-haul international flight arriving in Terminal 3 and are**:

Exit to the right of the Terminal 3 Customs Hall. Take the stairs or lift to Level 2.
Daily: 6:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
